If you did any change on the AdSense ad code by which peoples get confused and click on ads accidently by any mean, then it also can cause a reason to get your account disable. Never do this type of thing as it is also against Google AdSense policy. Google has provided way to customize the ad look so if you really want to change the look of the advertisement than simply use that tool instead of using your own knowledge.

Linking to illegal sites:

If you are giving links to illegal sites in any way (direct or indirect) than remove that because this is also against their policy, I seen many peoples who do link exchange with sites to get backlinks and sometimes many of them also do link exchange with illegal content provider sites, which lead to a reason for disable of their account.

Invalid Traffic (Impressions):

Invalid traffic means getting traffic (impressions) from Pay-Per-Click; Link-exchange etc. type websites. Many of publishers don’t know about this and they got their account disable, and start thinking for the reason, why Google banned them. I know that you can’t stop it if you are not the one who is providing this type of traffic so if you haven’t did this than simply first report Google about the site from which you are getting visits and remove the Google AdSense ads from homepage.

Placing ads on a site which doesn’t comply with Google’s policies:

Some peoples believe that there account will never get disable after getting approval even if they place ads on other sites. And some of them place ads on sites which are against Google’s policy which led to a reason for getting account disable. You must always try to make sure that your website is safe.

There are also some people who copy the ad code of AdSense publishers and place those on illegal or any other type site which doesn’t comply with Google policy, and because of this type of work you may get lost your account disabled, however they will notify you about the same and will tell you to remove ads from those sites, or if anyone has copied the ad code than you can do the following to show ads only on sites you want.

Copying other’s content even after approval will violate their rules, so don’t copy any others content. However some peoples allow others to copy there content but mostly they also demand a credit which refer to their website, which you can use on your site.
